About me

Kind, professional breastfeeding care

I am passionate about helping you and your baby enjoy breastfeeding.

Over more than 20 years of working with mothers and babies, I’ve learnt each breastfeeding experience is unique. Building this special bond with baby is at the heart of everything I do.

Breastfeeding can be challenging – but it doesn’t have to be. As a mum, midwife and lactation consultant,  I’ve assisted countless clients in achieving their goals.

I understand the challenges. Despite helping many women breastfeed successfully, it was hard work feeding my own three children.

At my most vulnerable,  I faced multiple breastfeeding difficulties including painful attachment and low supply. Seeking compassionate professional advice was life-changing.

Extensive experience

I’ve since devoted my career to helping mums achieve the best parenting experience they can.

My expertise has come from years of experience as a midwife at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred, Royal North Shore and Westmead Hospitals.

Committed to the highest level of care for mother and baby, I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant – the gold standard in this field.

My approach is to work with the family unit to address breastfeeding issues early and establish an effortless and comfortable routine for you and your loved ones.

Solving breastfeeding issues

In nine years of private practice, I have supported and encouraged women with common but solvable lactation concerns.

These include:

  • sore nipples
  • over- and under-supply
  •  mastitis
  • tongue tie
  • expressing
  • returning to work
  • feeding multiples
  • reverting from bottle to breast
  • routine and sleep issues.

Feeling overwhelmed?  You can change things today. Simply contact me to discuss your needs and I will be happy to assist – either face-to-face, via phone, email or online.
